    METAL BUSH

    Metal bushing is manufactured and used for various materials such as steel or high strength brass, and appropriate especially for the parts requiring high strength, durability and wear resistance. In addition, this product displays the optimum efficiency even in the presence of foreign material. As the oil grooves with various and smooth structure are manufactured, the efficiency of operating equipment is optimally maintained by lubrication even if foreign material is infiltrated.

    Composite resin product (Wear strip) is manufactured through the patent process of adding PTEF or graphite while using polyester fabric and polyester resin, and it is confirmed that the product can be used with the wide range of fluids including mineral oil, aqueous fluid and phosphate ester. The composite resin product can be manufactured with the wide range of meter unit size. In addition, as it is manufactured with very small error, the bearing solutions for the areas of applications such as reciprocating movement, pendulum movement and slow rotational movement can be provided.

    METAROPRAST

    Metaroprast, which was developed through the many years of research, is a self-lubrication bearing material without containing any oil and without having the stick-slip phenomenon and it is created by compounding a specially mixed high function fluorine resin of high wear resistance to the excellent and strong copper mesh or stainless mesh.
    With metaroprast, those disadvantages of conventional bearing material constituted with metal plate, special fillers (graphite, glass, etc.) and fluorine resin such as the difficulty of processing, difficulty of maintaining the wear resistance, and low mechanical strength are greatly improved.

    Its impact factor is low and it is used with complete no oil.
    As the load resistance is high, maximum load is 4,000kg/㎠.
    Temperature limit is -200℃~260℃, and for short time span, it can be used even at 300℃.
    High stability and accuracy are maintained.
    Thermal conductivity is high, and thermal expansion is low.
    As the wear resistance is high, durability is excellent.
    No wear is caused to the mating surface.
    As the chemical resistance and corrosion resistance are superior, no absorption is created.
    As the forming process is easy, purpose oriented design can be conducted.
    Static is not generated and very light weighted.
    It is extremely economical.
    As this product can be used from the low to high temperature with complete no lubrication condition combined with very low friction coefficient and wear resistance, those worries of lubrication time and disconnection of oil supply are eliminated. As the copper mesh which supports the slippery fluorine resin layer is welded to the fixing wire, deformation flow is prevented because this product is not loosened even under the high load (4,000kg/㎠) and the bonding of fluorine resin layer is maintained, and the heat generated at the bearing surface located above is rapidly released and low temperature is maintained.
    Through the compounding of fluorine resin and bronze mesh, the simplicity of the forming of metaroprast is accomplished in addition to the above characteristics, for instance, machining of the bush with the formed flange shape of hemispheric state becomes extremely simple, and what is more interesting is the fact that even if the copper mesh is exposed to the bearing surface due to the excessive wear of fluorine resin, damaging of shaft is not occurred, and as it can be seen ordinarily, the lubricant in the porous bronze sintered layer is displaying the movement similar to the bearing material, therefore, it can be used with great confidence. When a strong corrosive medium is reached to the lubrication section, utilization of stainless steel bush is recommended.
    This deformation value is obtained from the metaroprast MP2 and the product with the diameter of 19.5mm is measured for 60 minutes at the location between the two sheets of steel plates (surface roughness, Rt=1mm).
    Although the original plate of metaroprast is in the form of sheet, it has the main advantages of enabling the design and forming of various shapes to suit the application purposes.
    For example, most of the shapes such as the flange attached bush, straight bush, washer, cup shape, and so forth can be manufactured.
    The adhesion to the inside of metallic bush and plate can also be conducted.
